Healthcare-Friendly Service Certification

認證核心:安全、安心、照護、健康、休閒,五大核心目標。

認證項目:健康照護設備標示、工安衛生、設備設置、人員證照、醫療防護、訂房政策、房務政策、餐飲政策、休閒政策、管理制度與風險管控等83項作業規範。

認證方法:

雙階段審查機制:

第一階段:神秘顧客審核:以不通知、顧客、上班時間至旅宿業進行服務稽核查核,神秘顧客審核方式採用「CSIM(Customer Service Indication)-Star神秘顧客服務稽核星級評調查」方式進行調查。

第二階段:現場文件審查:以通知方式,告知旅宿業管理代表文件審查時間,並進行認證項目內之文件資料審查。

合格標準:二階段分數達80分以上為合格,並頒發證書。

Indices

Post directions, work safety and health, equipment and facilities, license, medical protection, hotel reservation, housekeeping, water drinking and catering, equipment and facilities, catering, recreation and leisure, management system and risk control, etc. There are 83 norms for hotels and B&Bs to review.

Methods

The Two-Stage Verification:

The first stage: Mystery Shopper Verification

This stage has adopted the CSI(Customer Service Indication)-Star System to verify the hotels and B&Bs without notification. Mystery Shoppers, as consumers, verify the hotels and B&Bs during business hours.

The second stage: On-site Data Verification

This stage checks the documents on examining indices with notification.

Approval standards:The score of 80 or more at each stage is regarded as conformity. The certificate is hereby awarded by the audit.
